Judul : Perilaku Kuat Tekan Batu Bata Setelah Penambahan Pasir, Jumlah Penggetaran dan Peningkatan Suhu Pembakaran.
Deskripsi : Bricks quality, which is used for building material, depends on the material type as well as the making process. Based on that fact, a research on the bricks is done by adding sand, vibration volume and temperature increasing, in order to know the effect toward bricks' compression strength. Speciment that are going to be used are : bricks of 240x115 mm with 50 mm thickness, made from the mixture of sand and clay. Sand adding variations are 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30,10 and 40% of total weight of the aggregate. Vibration variations are: 6 times, 12 times, 18 times, 24 times and 30 times. While for combustion process, they are done at 200°C, 300°C, 400°C, 5000C and 600°C. A compression strength test is done toward the research material in order to know its strength. The research's result shows that bricks with sand adding have compression strength average of 5.1 % on 5% sand adding; after vibrations adding, the compression strength average is 4.90% on every 6 times vibration; while the combustion adding results in compression strength average of 6.20% on every 100°C of temperature increasing.
